Shall the City of Zion, Lake County, Illinois, become a home rule
unit, pursuant to Article VII, Section 6(a) of the Illinois Constitution?
Village of Lake Zurich
Shall the Village of lake Zurich become a home rule unit pursuant
to the authority granted by Article VII, Section 6(a) of the Illinois Constitution of
1970?
Village of Fox River Grove
Shall bonds in the amount of $1,645,000 be issued by the Village of
Fox River Grove, McHenry and lake Counties, Illinois, for the purpose of paying a part of
the costs of (a) refunding an obligation previously issued by the Village to purchase the
land for and (b) construction and equipping municipal facilities, including a new Village
Hall and Police Facility, and for expenses incidental thereto, said bonds bearing interest
at the rate of not to exceed the greater of 9% per annum or 125% of the rate for the most
recent date shown in the 20 G.O. Bonds Index of average municipal bond yields as published
in the most recent edition of The Bond Buyer, published in New York, New York, at the time
the contract is made for the sale of said bonds?

Under the Property Tax Extension Law may an aggregate extension not
to exceed .4375% be made for the Corporate Fund of the Village of Volo for the 2000 levy
year and subsequent years?

Shall the extension limitation under the Property Tax Extension
Limitation Law for the Grayslake Fire Protection District, Lake County, Illinois be
increased from 1.7% to 45.7% for the 1998 levy year?
Winthrop Harbor Fire
Shall the extension limitation under the Property Tax District
Protection District Extension Limitation Act for Winthrop Harbor Fire Protection District
be increased from 1.70% to 73.00% for the 1998 levy year?
Wauconda Park District
Shall the Wauconda Park District be authorized to levy and collect
an additional tax of not to exceed .10% for all corporate purposes as provided in Section
5-3 of the Park District Code?
Grass Lake School District Number 36
Shall the debt service extension base under the Property Tax
Extension Limitation Law for the Grass Lake School District Number 36, Lake County,
Illinois, for payment of principal and interest on limited bonds be established at $95,000
for the 1998 levy year and all subsequent levy years?
Big Hollow School District Number 38
Shall the Board of Education of Big Hollow School District
Number 38, Lake County, Illinois, build and equip a school building, alter, repair
and equip existing school buildings, purchase and improve a new school site, and acquire
and equip playgrounds, recreation grounds, athletic fields, and other buildings and land
used or useful for school purposes and issue bonds of said School District in the amount
of $7,500,000 for said purposes?
Community High School District Number 156
Shall the Board of Education of Community High School District
Number 156, McHenry and Lake Counties, Illinois, be authorized to acquire a new high
school site, build and equip school facilities thereon and improve said site, and alter,
repair, renovate and build and equip additions to the West Campus facilities, and issue
bonds of the District therefor to the sum of $46,000,000?
McHenry Community Number 15
Shall the Board of Education of McHenry Community Consolidated
School District Consolidated School District Number 15, McHenry and Lake Counties,
Illinois, alter, repair and equip school buildings of said School District, build and
equip an addition to an existing school building of said School District, build and equip
a new school building as may be necessary, purchase a school site with a building thereon
and alter, repair and equip the building for school purposes, and issue bonds of said
School District to the amount of $25,000,000 for said purpose?
Fox Lake Grade School No. 114
Shall the Board of Education of Fox Lake Grade School District
District No. 114, Lake County, Illinois, build and equip an addition to and alter, repair
and improve the Stanton School Building and issue bonds of said School District to the
amount of $12,300,000 for said purpose?
Grayslake Community High District Number 127
Shall the Board of Education of Grayslake Community High School
District Number 127, Lake County, Illinois, acquire a site for school purposes, build and
equip additions to and later, repair and equip the Grayslake High School Building and
issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $20,000,000 for said purpose?
Waukegan Community Unit School District No. 60
Shall the Board of Education of Waukegan Community Unit School
District No. 60 be authorized to (1) issue bonds up to $33,158,000 for the purpose of
repairing, renovating and equipping portions of all elementary and middle schools,
including enlarging and improving property for the Caman, Whittier and North School sites;
building additions to and equipping the McCall and Glenwood Schools; remodeling the
Lincoln Center site to build and equip an elementary school thereon; building and
equipping a new middle school at the Monroe/Butrick Street site; remodeling and equipping
the Freshman Center, Waukegan High School and the Career Academy; and renovating Weiss
Field and other athletic facilities; and (2) build and equip the new middle school?
Zion-Benton Public Library District
Shall the annual public library tax rate for The Zion-Benton Public
Library District, Lake County, Illinois, be established at .22% of full, fair cash value
instead of at .15%, the maximum rate otherwise applicable to the next taxes to be
extended?
Antioch Public Library District
Shall the annual public library tax rate for the Antioch Public
Library District, Lake County, Illinois, be established at 0.235% of full, fair cash value
instead of at 0.15%, the maximum rate otherwise applicable to the next taxes to be
extended?
